Delivery Information & Agreement

All domestic orders are fulfilled within 7-12 business days of purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for orders outside of the United States. (COVID-19 NOTICE: Please allow an additional 7-12 business days due to potential delays caused by Covid-19. While delays have been mostly negligible, they are often random and uncontrollable. If an order exceeds 21 business days, please contact us.

We are a team of dedicated authentication experts, all items are subject to prior authentication and depending on the item, an additional day may be needed to follow through with our references.

To request cancellation for any reason, please email us first.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the charge to appear on your credit card or bank account statement.

Our primary authentication hubs are responsible for dispatch on arrival and all items are professionally authenticated prior to being packed and shipped from here.
 
Please do not contact us regarding order updates unless 13 business days (no weekends included) + 2 processing days have passed. We are often overwhelmed with support tickets and messages on orders that 98% of the time that do not fall into this category. Meaning, most inquiries are still within those parameters. (As true delays are often rare, but do occasionally happen.) We understand you want your order, but once it's placed, within 3-5 business days you can expect it to be en route to us for authentication, and when it ships from us, the time is around 1-3 business days with tracking auto-emailed. The delivery time is an open estimate should any logistic or shipping companies be behind. If it's for anything else, we are more than happy to address it. No, we will not ignore order inquiries, but know that they may be pushed to the bottom of our ticket list if they are issued within estimated delivery times. Thanks, this helps us a lot as we grow!
 
All products are packaged in a sturdy cardboard box and sealed with high quality security tape. You may have to sign for your order. We use ECO-SMART bio-degradable packing peanuts and SAFS Air Packets to protect your items. All boxes are sent from our hub in excellent condition and may or may not incur damage en route. This is especially a possibility for international shipments. 
International shipping is also shipped via DHL INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS, and signatures will be required for all orders over $300 USD.

The process:
  • Order is placed with Sneak Foot LTD & processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Once the item passes authentication, it is professionally packed, tagged, and prepared for shipment. (1-4 business days.)
  • The item(s) ship out to the buyer with the shipping service they chose.
  • The order arrives at the buyers address and the process is complete.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. If you need to cancel your order for any reason post shipment, please contact us with sufficient order information so we can proceed. Any cancellations post shipment will not be accepted and must be returned to us. We are not responsible for return shipping costs and apologize for any inconvenience that may cause. (Exceptions are made in select circumstances and we will email you a return label.)
